There will be open tryouts for female basketball players in the feature film, “Our Lady of Victory.”
"Our Lady of Victory" is inspired by the true story of Immaculata's 1972 national championship team.
The story was developed by Tim Chambers and Anthony Gargano. It is being directed by Tim Chambers, and is being produced by Pat Croce, John Rizzo and Whitney Springer.
Shooting will begin May 23, 2007.
Sports Coordinator, Mark Ellis, (“Invincible’, “Coach Carter”) will be evaluating and coaching the players for the project.
The producers are looking for women, age 18-25, MUST have experience playing either high school or college basketball. NO Acting experience is required.
All positions are
PAID.
Please bring a snapshot of yourself and be dressed ready to play basketball.
Tryouts will be at Immaculata University, Alumnae Hall, on King Road in Malvern, PA on Wednesday, May 16.
They will be seeing players from 3 PM to 6 PM.
